Early Journey
The journey of ALGOG is rooted in over two decades of entrepreneurial pursuit and consulting experience. Our founder, Rizwan Saleem, began his professional journey in software engineering and quickly evolved into a technology entrepreneur, establishing ventures in advertising, software services, and ERP consulting. These experiences nurtured a deep understanding of how innovation, when combined with practical implementation, creates lasting impact.

Consulting Era
Between 2013 and 2024, Rizwan delivered benchmark consulting projects with international development agencies and government institutions, particularly under World Bank–funded programs. His work on large-scale initiatives such as SIAPEP, NPIWC-II, WCKP, and ERP implementations earned him strong recognition for his expertise in project management, monitoring & evaluation, and digital transformation.
Major Breakthrough
By 2025, ALGOG secured its first large-scale assignment, IFRAP Project (World Bank–funded), establishing itself as a credible partner for complex development assignments. The firm also continues to contribute expertise to upcoming opportunities, demonstrating its readiness to engage in projects of national importance

2004-Entrepreneurial Beginning
Founded Trance Media, a venture that grew from advertising into software services and ERP consulting — an early step toward blending creativity.
2011–2013 – IPACT (Training & Capacity)
Founded IPACT, a computer training institute that strengthened our focus on capacity building and skill-development for future client enablement
2013–2016 – Expanding Expertise
Delivered major consulting assignments in project management and digital transformation under World Bank–funded programs.
2016 – International Exposure
Represented at the Web Summit, Lisbon, showcasing early-stage innovation and gaining insights into the global startup and VC ecosystem
2016–2024 – Benchmark Projects

Established Genius Technologies to merge consulting excellence with cutting-edge innovation, focusing on Blockchain, Machine Learning, Data Analytics.
